Yoga empowers you to nurture your relationship with the divine, no matter what that definition is for you.  Yoga is about union with love, life, spirit, consciousness, each other and ourselves.  It is becoming increasingly more important to connect and ground ourselves to the present to live more fully and with greater joy. By blending movement, breath, meditation and natural healing techniques with nature, we can work together to promote physical healing, spiritual cleansing, mental clarity, and restore your connection with the earth.

Whether you are new to yoga or an accomplished Yogi, my practical approach and customized sessions offer something unique for each individual or group. My teaching style is spirited, non-dogmatic and dynamic, invoking my many different experiences in life and various styles of yoga. Inspired by my teachers and students, I gear my classes and sessions toward healing and detoxing the body, raising confidence and creativity, and focusing the mind through movement, breath and meditation. My students are challenged to practice in their lives what they practice on their mat and to “live their light”.

Yoga improves strength, core, flexibility, circulation, digestion, respiration, endocrine function, mood, cognitive function, pulse rate, blood pressure and body image.
