Yoga Therapy

My method of Yoga Therapy combines ancient healing practices with modern day science to offer a practical approach to sustainable health. This combined therapy, based on the eight limbs of Yoga, integrates traditional naturopathy, healing plants, yoga, movement therapy, meditation, breath work and holistic nutrition. Combined, these modalities give deep insight into why and how the body manifests in the physical what’s occurring in the emotion and energetic. It’s a true combination of sciences providing tools for self-growth.

Have allergies? Unexplained digestive issues or breakouts? Sudden Thyroid issues? Fertility issues? Emotional instability, PTSD, trauma or trouble sleeping? Stiffness or pain? Excessive weight? Trouble focusing? Taking a holistic approach helps ease your symptoms while increasing your overall health.

Yoga Therapy plans encourage natural and sustainable healing through what you eat, breathe, think about, as well as how you move. Reducing stress, increasing the health of the body, and finding your centered (sattvic) space can help your body heal, your mind stay strong, and your spirit light.
